Unique Features:
 | TKV Automatic Air Valve is a Single Orifice Air Valve and can be combined with small Air Release Valve to make a “Double Orifice Air Release Valve Assembly”. |
 | During the exhausting sequence, the air flowing around the float ball produces a resultant downward force, which maintains the ball in the open position.

 | The kinetic design of TKV Air Valve prevents premature valve closure/blow shut while exhausting air up to sonic speed, therefore can be operated at higher differential pressure or exhausting a greater volume of air than those conventional air valve.

 | Full length guide bush ensure proper seating even when the air valve is not perfectly vertical.

 | Built-in protection grid on the air valve prevents anything larger than 5mm in diameter from entering the system during draining or when the system is empty.

 | Rubber cushion protects the float ball from damage during sudden vacuum.

 | During operation the small air release valve is capable of venting out air pockets that is trapped in water thereby increasing the system efficiency.

 | Specially designed pivot arm link of air release valve is able to amplify the buoyant force upto 15 times thus enables the orifice button to seal the orifice more tightly

 | Spherical Stainless Steel Float Ball is tested upto 70 bar.

 | Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder coating body is able to withstand mostly all harsh conditions and is suitable for drinking water application.
